As your Quantity Surveyors we independently evaluate your Builders monthly progress reports and progress claims. Also, being linked in to the Aconex or Procore accounts for your project we also keep an eye on requests for information the Builder issues to the various Consultants. This gives us a feel for the stream of variations and claims that may follow the Consultants' design resolutions; then we report those to you in our monthly project reports with due allowances for time and anticipated costs, and also strategies for minimising those anticipated claims.
